Team lead, Brian Flynn, started his real estate career in 1985 owning two successful real estate brokerages including our current market center - LAER Realty Partners in Reading. Brian crafted his team with carefully picked professionals who are not only talented in their individual roles but full experts in real estate and the ever-changing market.

Sarah Dutra, who has been working side by side with Brian since 2009 started as Brian’s office assistant. From there she grew from office manager to executive real estate assistant, and finally, TOP producing real estate agent! Sarah’s passion has always been real estate and she has invested her heart and soul into her career.

As Brian’s new team model started to grow in 2015, Brian hired licensed agent Doug Santos to assist with transaction coordinating, and Doug’s role has since evolved into team manager. Doug’s skills are vast and he is an incredible asset to our team and our clients!

Chris Lam came to us with an extensive background in sales and is extremely ambitious. Chris works very hard for his clients and it shows. Chris has had a very impressive first year with our team and we are excited to watch him continue to rise!
