Since a young age, Chris Lam has always had a passion for Real Estate. He first knew he wanted to be an agent while accompanying his parents on the home searching process. Chris was born and raised in Medford. Chris has exceptional knowledge of the North Shore area and surrounding cities. Chris graduated from the New England Institute of Art with a Bachelors of Science Degree with a focus on Advertising. Before Real Estate he worked for T-Mobile for 5 Years as a Sales Associate and 3 years with Wayfair as a Business Account Manager. Chris specializes in working with first time home buyers while educating them on the entire home buying process. With his sales and advertising background, he is able to help sellers market their property to its highest potential. His number 1 priority with all his clients is customer service. His goal is to help buyers and sellers achieve all of their goals and dreams.
